The story of BLØND
Looking for a filter coffee, you never get tired of? So you just found it!
BLØND is our new coffee cuvée.
Even though this blend of specialty arabicas will consist of different coffees, the goal is always the same: to find a balance between sweetness and acidity. Simply to give you a cup of coffee that you'll drink with great joy and you won't get tired of.
BLØND is suitable for batch brew preparation and alternative methods such as V60, French press, Aeropress, etc.
The current BLØND consists of the following:
50% Kolumbie Sandra Rivera, washed, region Huila
50% Brazil Fazenda Bela Vista, natural, region Sul de Minas
I use the Loring S15 Falcon to roast this coffee, which uses convection (hot air) as the main heat source. It allows me to work very precisely with the taste nuances of this coffee, and thus I can maintain pleasant juiciness and sweetness.
To brew filtered coffee, always use coffee no earlier than 7 days from the roasting date. This will prevent unwanted bitter tones in the taste.
Your coffee bag is infused with food-grade nitrogen to slow down bean oxidation so that you can enjoy it up to 45 days from the roasting date.
